MOD ISI Selection Process
The total selection process takes 12 to 14 months (Including the test and registration).

MCQs based test (100-200 Mcqs) containing Current affairs, Pakistan affairs, Islamiat, everyday science, Maths, English, GK, Analytical reasoning, quantitative reasoning, IQ BASED questions too. 2019 screening was quite difficult as sociology, criminology, Project management, Economics questions were also included in the part of screening test. So be ready for every kind of surprise. Syllabus will be shared on their official website soon hopefully. That’s the most tough phase to clear.

Step 3: Descriptive Test:
Result declaration by their own HR( Recruitment.pk).Passed candidates will appear for descriptive test which contains One paper of English Precis and Essay and another paper of current affairs portion (national and international current affairs). Prepare each and every hot topics for this portion. I have attached pics of topics in the preparation guide.
Step 4: Psychometric test
It is Also known as psychological tests like those in ISSB contains Sentence Completion, IQ, Essay writing on small topics, personality Judgement etc). For that u should go through Pklatestjobs.com. if site isn’t opening, use VPN or proxy for it ,change browser, it will be done.
Step 5: Interview
Passed candidates will be interviewed at selected stations. U must have to clear the Psychometric Test phase for interview call. I will share another detailed post when interview phase is near.
Step 6:
After interview clearance,security clearance begins. Firstly SVA forms (5 in number) are sent to candidates, those are to be filled and send within 15 days to MOD.
The security clearance begins with personnel from agencies will visit your home, call you, interview your close friends, relatives etc.
Step 7:
Last but not the least, those who qualify the standards of MOD, Final medical letter are issued to them.
Step 8:
After medical fitness,joining orders are issued and training of 6 months at undisclosed location begins.
